Financial compensation for physical SRM

You may be eligible for financial compensation if you have paid the costs related to the acquisition and activation of one or more eligible Sales Recording Modules (SRM).

Under the program, an SRM is eligible if it meets the following conditions:

• It was new at the time of purchase and was acquired from an installer who installed and activated it in the restaurant establishment covered by the financial compensation request.

• It was purchased and activated after October 31, 2021, but before November 1, 2023.

• It was installed and activated in the restaurant establishment of an eligible operator.
