# Payment method: Left without paying

In the case where a customer leaves without paying their invoice, the merchant must use the “Left without paying” option available on the “Addition ” screen.

This function will allow the invoice to be closed with the special payment “Left without paying” (Payment method #39).&#x20;

All transactions closed using this method will be recorded in the system in the same way as any other payment method.&#x20;
