In the event that the user needs to cancel a print job, the system will display a warning message.

If the print was canceled due to a major equipment failure that cannot be quickly repaired, the merchant must contact the Operational Support Division.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
